1 pkg. McCormick Italian Parmesan Chicken Oven Bake Sauce
1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts or thighs
3 cups zucchini, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup grape tomatoes
1. PLACE chicken in 13x9-inch baking pan.
2. POUR Sauce evenly over chicken and vegetables.
3. BAKE in preheated 400° oven 35minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Stir sauce before serving.
FOR BONE-IN CHICKEN: Use 2 1/2 lbs. bone-in chicken parts. Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Cheesy Italian Chicken: Use 1 pint grape tomatoes and 1 cup chopped onion for the vegetables. Continue as directed. Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheese during last 5 minutes of baking. Serve with cooked pasta.

Delicious! Will definitely try it next time with the cheesy Italian chicken recipe on the packaging. Was great with zucchini.
