In a small bowl combine hoisin sauce, stock and crushed red pepper; set aside.
In a wok or large skillet heat 1 tablespoon over medium-high heat until almost smoking. Add the garlic and ginger and cook, stirring frequently, until just fragrant but not coloring, about 10 to 15 seconds.
Add the broccoli stems and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the florets and continue cooking for 2 minutes more or until they turn bright green.
Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the pan along with the pork and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until it begins to color on the outside and is no longer pink on the inside.
Pour the reserved sauce into the pan and toss to coat everything well; serve immediately.
