Thaw fish, if frozen. Rinse and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
In a 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add fish. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily, turning once. Meanwhile, halve grapes.
Transfer the fish to a platter; keep warm. Add the grapes, fruit bits, onions and spreadable fruit to the pan; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve the sauce over the fish.
