In a large skillet, cook ground beef, celery, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is browned, stirring to break up meat as it cooks. Drain.
Add butter beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, bell pepper, jalapeño pepper, Worcestershire sauce, basil, oregano, hot pepper sauce and black pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes or until desired consistency.
