Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add chopped onion and cook 3 minutes. Crumble in turkey and add garlic; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomatoes, mushrooms, oregano, salt and red pepper flakes. Simmer 15 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally.
Toss pasta with sauce and reserved pasta water. Spoon into a large serving bowl. Add ricotta and basil. Gently stir. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve immediately.
