In a food processor, combine green olives, Kalamata olives and garlic. Cover and pulse until finely chopped. With the food processor running, slowly add oil and vinegar, processing until nearly smooth. Transfer the olive mixture to a medium bowl. Stir in salami, capicola (or ham), cheese, parsley, Italian seasoning and pepper. Serve with crackers or toasted baguette slices.
