Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet until meat is brown and onion istender; drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce, oregano and basil. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
Divide beef mixture among bun bottoms; sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan. Add bun tops.
