Preheat oven to 400°F. In a medium bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sour cream, milk, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce until combined. Stir in dried beef, onion, celery, and dill. Transfer mixture to a seasoned or generously greased 8- to 9-inch cast-iron skillet.
Bake about 20 minutes or until mixture is bubbly. If desired, top with dill pickles. Serve with cornichons, potato chips, or rye crackers.
