Preheat broiler. Cut pound cake into 1/2-inch slices. Place the slices on a baking sheet. Broil about 4 inches from the heat about 1 minute per side or until lightly toasted. Cut the toasted slices into fourths. Arrange pieces in the bottom of a 2-quart rectangular baking dish. Set aside. Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk cream, the remaining 2 tablespoons flour and the granulated sugar until combined. Fold in blackberries. Spread the blackberry mixture over the pound cake layer. Sprinkle the reserved topping over the blackberry mixture.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until topping is golden and filling is bubbly. Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
