Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove a 1/2-inch slice from the top of each apple. Using a melon baller, remove core, stopping about 1/2 inch from the bottom of the apple. Arrange apples in an ungreased 3-quart rectangular baking dish. (If necessary, remove a thin slice from the bottoms of the apples so they stand flat.) Brush with 1 tablespoon of the orange juice.
In a medium bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, almonds, flour, ground cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in melted butter. Fill and top apples with oat mixture. Pour the remaining orange juice around apples.
Bake, covered, for 50 minutes. If desired, place pieces of cinnamon stick in the oat mixture to resemble stems. Bake, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes more or until apples are tender. Cool slightly. Drizzle apples with honey. Serve with yogurt.
