In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, buttermilk, mayonnaise and garlic powder until smooth. Stir in chives.
Add tuna and nectarines to the yogurt mixture; toss gently to combine. Spoon tuna mixture onto salad plates; sprinkle with pecans. Serve with toasted bread.
