(1 3/4 cup tuna mixture)
In a medium bowl stir together tuna, artichoke hearts, onion, parsley, mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon peel, oregano, crushed red pepper and black pepper.
To assemble sandwiches, top toasted bread slices with romaine, tomato slices and tuna mixture, dividing evenly.
