Cook pasta according to directions, adding broccoli for the last 4 minutes. Drain; keep warm.
Combine broth, cornstarch and lemon-pepper seasoning (or pepper) in a small bowl; set aside.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add chicken; cook for 4 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring often.
Stir cornstarch mixture; add to pan. Cook and stir until thickened. Stir in tarragon (or dill); cook for 2 minutes. Serve over pasta.
