Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add sausage, potatoes, zucchini, bell pepper, onion, garlic, chili powder and black pepper to the pan.
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until sausage is lightly browned and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Spoon salsa over sausage mixture.
