Cut meat into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle lightly with salt and black pepper; place in a 3-1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker. In a medium bowl, combine undrained tomatoes, tomato paste and hot sauce. Pour over meat in cooker. Top with frozen vegetables.
Cover and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours or on High for 5 to 6 hours. If desired, serve with hot cooked pasta.
