Preheat oven to 425°F. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside. Prepare pizza crust according to package directions, except stir oregano (or basil) into the dry mix. With floured hands, pat the dough into a 15-by-10-inch rectangle on the prepared pan, building up the edges slightly (the crust will be thin). Bake for 7 minutes.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust. Top with chicken, artichokes, roasted peppers and green onion (or red onion). Top with mozzarella cheese and goat cheese.
Bake for 13 to 15 minutes more or until the edges of the crust are golden brown.
