Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add pork, poblano (or Anaheim) pepper, onion and garlic for 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in hominy, tomatoes, broth, water, lime juice, oregano, cumin, ground chile and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15 minutes. Top servings with radishes, cabbage and/or green onions.
