In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, honey, lemon peel, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir until combined. Add broccoli, red onion and parsley. Stir until well combined. Cover and chill for 1 to 4 hours.
To serve, divide mixture evenly among four serving plates and sprinkle with almonds.
