In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil; remove from heat.Add goji berries, hibiscus flowers, agave (or honey) and cinnamon sticks.Let steep for 25 minutes.Whisk for 30 seconds; strain into ice-filled glasses.Add an orange wedge and a lemon wedge to each glass; squeeze juice from wedges into strained mixture.Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
