Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking sheet. Set aside. In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese, feta, pine nuts (or almonds), olives, parsley and milk. Set aside.
On a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into a 14x10-inch rectangle. Cut dough in half crosswise to form two 10x7-inch rectangles. Spread half of the filling onto each dough rectangle to within 1 inch of edges. Starting from a long side, roll up each rectangle into a spiral. Seal seam and ends. Place spirals, seam-sides down, on prepared baking sheet. Brush surface of spirals with oil; sprinkle with pepper.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden. Cool on baking sheet on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Using a serrated knife, cut spirals into 1-inch-thick slices. Serve warm.
