Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8-inch-square baking pan with foil. Grease the foil; set pan aside. Combine granola, oats, nuts, flour and raisins (or other dried fruit) in a large mixing bowl. Stir together egg, brown sugar, oil, honey, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Stir into granola mixture until well combined. Press evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Cool on a wire rack. Lift up on foil to remove from pan. Cut into bars.
