Thaw salmon, if frozen. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Place salmon, skin-side down, on foil-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle salmon with chives, thyme, pepper and salt. Top with lemon slices.
Cover salmon with foil. Bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 to 25 minutes more, or until salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve immediately.
