Cut each turkey tenderloin in half horizontally to make 4 steaks; set aside. Stir together cumin, coriander seed, lime zest, salt, ginger and crushed red pepper in a small bowl. Set aside 1/2 teaspoon of the spice mixture for the sauce. Sprinkle the remaining spice mixture evenly over the turkey steaks; rub in with your fingers.
Grill turkey on the rack of an uncovered charcoal grill, directly over medium coals, for 12 to 15 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink (170°F), turning once halfway through grilling. (For a gas grill, preheat grill. Reduce heat to medium. Place turkey on grill rack over heat. Cover and grill as directed.)
Meanwhile, stir together yogurt, lime juice and the reserved 1/2 teaspoon spice mixture in a small bowl. Serve turkey with sauce and, if desired, lime wedges.
