Cut peel from oranges. Section oranges over a small bowl to catch juice. Place the orange sections in another bowl; set aside.
In a medium saucepan, combine the juice from the oranges with the brewed tea, honey, and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Bring to boiling over medium heat. Boil for 15 to 20 minutes or until reduced to a syrup (1/3 cup). Pour syrup over orange sections; stir to coat. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon yogurt and sprinkle with cinnamon.
