Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a very large baking sheet or 2 large baking sheets with foil; set aside.
In a large roasting pan, stir together pretzel twists, peanuts, almonds, pistachios and pepitas, if using; set aside.
In a small saucepan, combine corn syrup, butter, brown sugar, curry powder, salt and cayenne. Cook and stir over medium heat until butter melts and sugar dissolves. Pour syrup mixture over nut mixture; toss to coat.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until mixture is golden, stirring once or twice. Spread nut mixture on prepared baking sheet(s); let cool. Break mixture apart.
