If using fresh corn, cut corn from cobs; set aside. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add green onions and garlic; cook and stir about 1 minute or until onions and garlic are slightly softened. Add corn and tomatoes; cook and stir for 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Drizzle with vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
