Thaw shrimp, if frozen. Peel and devein shrimp. Rinse shrimp; pat dry with paper towels. In a large saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Return pasta to hot saucepan; cover and keep warm.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add jalapeños, garlic, salt and pepper; cook and stir for 1 minute. Add shrimp; cook and stir about 3 minutes or until shrimp are opaque. Stir in tomatoes; heat through.
Add shrimp mixture to cooked pasta; gently toss to combine. If desired, serve with Parmesan.
