Preheat broiler. Place chops on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 9 to 12 minutes or until heated through, turning once halfway through broiling.
Meanwhile, stir together brown sugar and vinegar in a small bowl until sugar is dissolved. Whisk in mustard, oil, dill and pepper until well combined. Transfer chops to a serving platter; drizzle with some of the sauce. Pass remaining sauce.
