Wash broccoli rabe and/or pea pods; remove and discard woody stems (trim pea pods, if using). Coarsely chop the leafy greens; set aside.
Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper, basil, salt and garlic; sauté for 2 minutes. Add broccoli rabe. Using tongs, toss and cook vegetables for 4 to 6 minutes or until broccoli rabe is crisp-tender. Transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper. Serve with lemon wedges.
