Trim fat from pork. Cut pork into thin bite-size strips. Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and onion; cook and stir for 3 to 4 minutes or until pork is done.
Stir in frozen vegetables, noodles, condensed soup, broth, water, marjoram (or thyme) and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
