In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook about 5 minutes or until tender. Add turkey; cook about 5 minutes more or until turkey is no longer pink, using a wooden spoon to break up turkey as it cooks. Stir in undrained tomatoes, rice, broth, salt, cumin, chili powder, cinnamon, and ginger. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
