Cut off and discard tips of chicken wings or reserve for making broth. Cut wings at joints to form 24 pieces. Place chicken in a sealable plastic bag set in a shallow dish.
In a medium bowl, whisk together mango nectar, lemon juice, orange juice, parsley, vinegar, oil, jalapeño(s), garlic, salt and cumin. Remove 1/2 cup of the marinade for sauce; cover and chill until needed.
Pour the remaining marinade over chicken. Seal bag; turn to coat chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours, turning bag occasionally. Drain chicken, discarding marinade.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange chicken in a single layer on the unheated rack of a large broiler pan. Bake for about 25 minutes or until chicken is golden brown, turning once.
Meanwhile, in a blender, combine the reserved 1/2 cup marinade, mango, onion and cilantro. Cover and blend until smooth. If desired, arrange chicken on a bed of orange slices. Serve chicken with sauce.
