Cook wild rice according to package directions; drain and cool.
In a large bowl, combine cooled rice, tomatoes, bell pepper, green onions, raisins (or cherries), pecans and mint; set aside.
In a small bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper; mix well. Pour over wild rice mixture, tossing to coat. Cover and chill for 2 to 8 hours.
