In a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker combine lamb, beans, undrained tomatoes, broth, sweet potatoes, poblano peppers, onions, carrots, celery, salt, cumin, oregano, chili powder and pepper.
Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours or on High for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Stir in hot sauce. If desired, serve with yogurt.
