Preheat oven to 425°F. In a large bowl, combine eggs, breadcrumbs, cheese, onion, parsley, garlic, salt and crushed red pepper. Add ground beef and sausage; mix well. Using about 2 tablespoons for each meatball, shape mixture into 96 meatballs.
Place meatballs in two 15-by-10-inch baking pans. Bake for about 20 minutes or until no longer pink (160°F).
