Preheat broiler. Cut steak into four portions; sprinkle with the salt and black pepper. Place steak portions on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 9 to 15 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once halfway through broiling. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and green beans; reduce heat to medium. Cook and stir for 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Prepare polenta according to package directions. Stir in Parmesan cheese and 1 teaspoon oregano.
To serve, stir the remaining 1 teaspoon oregano into the vegetables. Divide polenta and vegetable mixture among four dinner plates; top with sliced steak.
