Remove the zest from the oranges using a vegetable peeler, being sure not to include the white portion. Squeeze juice from oranges and set aside. In a very large bowl, combine the zest, hibiscus flowers, cinnamon and honey. Add boiling water and stir. Let cool to room temperature (about 2 hours). Strain into a very large pitcher; stir in orange juice. Serve at once over ice or cover and chill for up to 24 hours.
