In a large saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions, adding green beans and edamame for the last 3 minutes of cooking; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again.
In a large bowl, combine pasta mixture, tomatoes, cucumber, feta, olives, onion, vinegar, oil, parsley, oregano, mustard, salt and pepper. Cover and marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes. Chill until ready to serve.
