On eight 6-inch skewers, alternately thread cantaloupe, honeydew melon, strawberries, pineapple and banana pieces, leaving 1/4 inch between pieces. Place kebabs in a glass baking dish. In a small bowl, combine orange juice and lime juice; pour evenly over kebabs. Cover and chill for 30 to 60 minutes, turning occasionally.
Meanwhile, for dip, in a small bowl, stir together yogurt and orange juice concentrate. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
To serve, arrange kebabs on a serving platter; discard juice mixture. If desired, sprinkle kebabs with nutmeg (or cinnamon). Serve with dip.
