Preheat oven to 300°F. In a 13-by-9-inch baking pan, gently stir together rice cake pieces, chow mein noodles, cereal and soy nuts.
Combine butter, soy sauce and curry powder in a small saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until butter is melted. Drizzle butter mixture over rice cake mixture; toss gently to coat.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once or twice. Cool. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
