In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, pepper and salt with an electric mixer on medium to high speed until well combined. Stir in artichoke hearts, spinach and Parmesan. Transfer to an airtight container; cover. Chill at least 4 hours. Give as gift with bagel chips or crackers with instructions to stir before serving.
