In a small saucepan, cook and stir chocolate over low heat just until melted. Remove from heat; cool.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Gradually add sour cream, beating until combined. Add sugar and vanilla; beat just until combined. Stir in melted chocolate and milk (mixture may fleck slightly).
Serve dip with fruit.
