Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add broccoli; cook for 2 minutes. Add Swiss chard and peas. Cover and simmer about 4 minutes or until bright green; drain.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Add lemon slices; cook about 3 minutes per side or until lemons are soft and browned and butter is browned. (Do not move lemons around too much to ensure a nice sear.) Return drained broccoli, chard, and peas to the pot. Add broth and crushed red pepper; toss gently to coat. Transfer the broccoli mixture to a serving platter. Top with the lemons, chives and salt.
