In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels. Crumble bacon; wrap and chill for up to 24 hours.
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, vinegar, honey, celery seeds and salt. Add coleslaw mix and tomatoes; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill for up to 24 hours. Before serving, stir in bacon.
