Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat egg and milk in large bowl. Stir in bread crumbs and Seasoning. Add ground chicken; mix well. Cover.

  • Refrigerate 1 hour. Shape chicken mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs (about 16).

  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Serve with cooked pasta and Sundried Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce, if desired.
