Ingredients

  • Salmon
  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon OLD BAY® Rub
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Herb Sauce
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Basil Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon OLD BAY® Rub
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Place salmon, skin-side down, on baking sheet sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
  • 2 Mix bread crumbs, OLD BAY Rub and butter in small bowl. Coat salmon with bread crumb mixture.
  • 3 Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • 4 For the Herb Sauce, mix all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Serve salmon with Herb Sauce.
