For the Dressing, mix all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Mix oil and seasonings in small bowl. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Broil or grill over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through. Cut chicken into strips.
Place lettuce and sliced chicken in warmed tortilla. Drizzle with dressing. Fold tortilla over and serve.
