- 1 package McCormick® Bourbon Chicken Skillet Sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1 package (14 ounces) frozen stir-fry vegetable blend
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet on high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Add frozen vegetable blend; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes.
- 2 Stir in Skillet Sauce. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Serve with cooked rice, if desired.
