  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 12 small corn tortillas, warmed
  • 1/4 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3 tablespoons shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
  • 3 tablespoons good morning southwest chipotle breakfast topper

Instructions

  • Beat eggs, milk and salt in medium bowl with wire whisk. Melt butter in medium skillet on medium heat. Add egg mixture; cook and stir until eggs are firm.

  • For each taco, place 2 tortillas on plate. Top with eggs, beans, cheese and green onion. Sprinkle with Breakfast Toppers.
