Get ‘em fed and out the door with cheesy, scrambled egg Maple Bacon Breakfast Quesadillas. Stuffed with hearty ingredients (easy for kids to help!) and seasoned with our sweet ‘n savory Good Morning Maple Bacon Breakfast Seasoning, they’re ready to devour in just 20 minutes.
Beat eggs, milk, onion, bell pepper and Breakfast Seasoning in large bowl with wire whisk. Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter in large skillet on medium-low heat. Add egg mixture; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until soft curds form. Remove eggs from pan; keep warm.
Melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter and lightly brush one side of each tortilla. For each quesadilla, place 1 tortilla, buttered side down, on a plate. Sprinkle evenly with 1/4 cup of the cheese. Top with 1/2 cup scrambled eggs and additional 1/4 cup cheese. Cover with a second tortilla, buttered side up.
Place quesadilla in skillet on medium heat. Cook until cheese begins to melt and bottom tortilla is golden brown. Gently turn quesadilla; cook 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Repeat for the remaining 3 quesadillas.
Cut quesadillas into wedges. Serve with salsa, sour cream and guacamole, if desired.
